Attendees will examine the public perception of our industry as well as the concept of "licensed professional." Laws\, regulations\, morals\, and values will be defined and discussed. Agent authority\, public expectations\, and agent behavior that create breaches in the public trust will be discussed. Finally\, attendees will also examine some of the recent trends in the industry contributing to agent's unethical actions\, and explore the consequences of uninformed actions.
